Unpleasant experience with curt staff handling difficult situations, carpets stained and debris left under furniture!!! Rooms in need of proper cleaning and maintenance!!!

lovely big room with two large twin beds, super comfy and spacious. staff were really nice and followed my special requests perfectly. also, breakfast had good options that everyone can find something to enjoy. the location is great for the airport too, very convenient for a short trip.

Just a prime choice for a stopover in Luton with best value for money ratio. The restaurant within the hotel was surprisingly good. Consider using a taxi instead of an Uber to save some cash.
